From games to digital twins — pick what you need

Our own IP

Games we built and shipped

We do not only take contracts. We plan our own IP, ship it on Steam, Meta Quest and Xbox, and run it as a live service. A team that has lived with a title after launch designs differently.

So at Geniesoft.

We build services that keep running, not one-off deliverables

  1. 01 · Agree

We define “done” in writing before kickoff

Deliverables and acceptance criteria are agreed first, so there is nothing to argue about at handover.

  2. 02 · Verify

    Working software every two weeks

Progress is never reported on paper alone. A runnable build arrives every other week.

  3. 03 · Hand over

Code and runbooks, handed over together

Deployment procedures and incident runbooks come with the code, so operation continues when people change.

  4. 04 · Own

    One team, even across fields

Games, AI, immersive content and web/app sit in one organization — one contract, one point of accountability.

FAQ

What clients usually ask before a first call

What does Geniesoft do?

Geniesoft is a software company in Gwangju, Korea, building games, AI systems, immersive VR/AR/XR content, digital twins and web/app services, from planning through development and operation. Alongside client work, it has shipped its own games on Steam, Meta Quest and Xbox.

Can Geniesoft build a digital twin?

Yes. We build digital twin software that brings facilities and spaces into 3D and connects sensor and control data. We confirm which data is available and how often before kickoff, and scope the work within that. Hardware installation and sensor deployment are outside our scope.

Do you build VR/AR and exhibition content?

Yes: Quest, PC VR and WebXR content, AR apps, media art and interactive walls for exhibitions, and industrial training simulators.

What kind of AI work do you do?

Generative AI chatbots, RAG search grounded in internal documents, workflow automation, computer vision, and AI adoption reviews (AX consulting).

Do you take on game development projects?

Yes. The team that planned, built and shipped our own titles (Dusty Derby, Dancing Arrow, Chosun Zombie Defense, Midnight Study) develops PC, mobile and VR games, plus serious and promotional games.

How do I start, and how is pricing set?

You can reach out without a brief. We review feasibility and rough scope first, then quote once scope and timeline are settled. Contact us via the inquiry form, [email protected] or +82 507-1301-7163; we reply within two business days.

How do I follow project progress?

We deliver working software every two weeks. Deliverables and acceptance criteria are agreed in writing before kickoff, so there is nothing to argue about at handover.

Do you handle maintenance after delivery?

Yes. Source code, deployment procedures and incident runbooks are handed over with the build, and operation can continue under a maintenance contract after the warranty period.
